Core MissionWe are looking for a data‑driven, innovative Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to build Komodor’s agile ABM program from the ground up. Your mission is to design and operationalize a full‑funnel ABM strategy that bridges Marketing, Business Development, and Sales—leveraging data analytics, automation, and AI to create personalized, high‑impact account experiences that drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Build Komodor’s ABM Engine: Design and launch a scalable, agile ABM framework—from account segmentation and tiering to orchestration and measurement—using modern AI‑driven tools rather than conventional platforms.
- Define Account Scoring & Intent Signals: Create data models to identify and prioritize high‑value accounts using firmographics, intent data, and engagement signals.
- Operationalize Automation: Implement ABM automation across CRM, email, ads, Common Room, Outreach, and other sales tools.
- Drive Personalization at Scale: Partner with content and growth teams to deliver tailored messaging and campaigns across channels.
- Develop Scalable Cross‑Team Processes: Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, and Rev Ops to create a repeatable operation.
- Measure & Optimize: Develop reports and dashboards to track account engagement, pipeline influence, conversion rates, and ROI—continuously iterating based on insights.
- Champion Emerging Tech: Experiment with AI, predictive analytics, and new marketing and sales technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years focused on ABM, Rev Ops, and/or Growth Marketing.
- Proven ability to build and scale creative marketing programs from scratch.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM and automation platforms, AI, automation, and reporting tools.
- Strong data analytics and performance optimization experience.
- Demonstrated success aligning marketing and sales around account‑based goals and pipeline growth.
