Nous cherchons à renforcer nos équipes sur Nice en intégrant un Technicien Support.
Vous serez chargé d'assurer les missions suivantes :
- Prise d'appels
- Résolution de premier niveau sur des applications bureautiques et métier en environnement Windows/O365
- Prise de main à distance
- Escalade vers le niveau 2 en cas de non résolution
- Suivi et clôture d'incidents
Ce poste fait l objet d'un contrat d'indépendant équivaut à 50 jours par an pour intervenir sur les périodes de renfort de nos équipes.
