Program Manager

Lead and coordinate projects across technical teams, customers, and mission stakeholders. Drive successful delivery of complex defense technology programs from conception to deployment.

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical programs on time and in budget
• Coordinate between engineering teams, customers, and mission stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Manage program risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and regulatory requirements
• Track program metrics and provide regular status updates to leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management
• Experience managing technical programs in defense or government contracting
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering Management
• Experience with defense acquisition processes
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and information assurance
• Familiarity with Agile and Dev Ops methodologies
• Experience with government contracting and compliance

• Project management tools including Jira
• Risk management and mitigation strategies
• Budget planning and financial tracking
• Stakeholder management and communication
• Process improvement and optimization
• Contract management and compliance

This position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the Top Secret level or above.
