IT Support, Systems Administrator

The position is also available part-time with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Your profile- You have a degree or vocational training in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field, with 2–5 years of professional experience.
- You bring experience with IT standards as well as servers, firewalls, switches, and media converters.
- You are proficient in working with UNIX- and Windows-based systems, use the Linux shell confidently, and handle Windows administration tasks.
- You analyze incidents, perform maintenance, and ensure stable system operations.
- You apply ITIL processes and document reliably using common tools.
- You communicate fluently in English, German skills are a plus.
- You are comfortable working in international environments and stand out with team spirit, clear communication, and a hands-on mentality.
- You work in a systematic, self-organized way and set priorities effectively.
- Ideally, you hold a German security clearance (Ü2) but not necessarily.

Your mission- You plan, document, and carry out maintenance work on IT infrastructures.
- You handle L1 hardware and software tasks such as monitoring, component replacement, or simple configurations.
- You monitor tickets, update statuses, and coordinate follow-up tasks with L2/L3 teams.
- You manage incidents and emergencies in line with clearly defined processes
- You maintain databases, documentation, and maintenance procedures.
- You act as a point of contact for the Support Desk and assist with maintenance plans, changes, and upgrades.
- You continuously develop your skills through L1 maintenance trainings and also take on on-call duties.
- You actively contribute to projects and reports.
