** Votre mission en tant que Conseiller Clientèle
** Votre rôle principal sera d’être l’interlocuteur privilégié de nos clients. Vous aurez pour missions de :
* Accompagner prospects et clients dans la résolution de problèmes ou pour fournir des renseignements.
* Contribuer activement à promouvoir notre image de marque et à développer la satisfaction client.
* Gérer efficacement les réclamations.* Être un ambassadeur de la satisfaction client !

** Le profil recherché
** Nous recherchons des talents qui possèdent :
* ** Maîtrisent parfaitement le français**, aussi bien à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
* ** Possèdent un excellent sens de la communication**, sont organisés, autonomes et adoptent une attitude positive.
* ** Maîtrisent les outils digitaux
** et font preuve d'une curiosité naturelle pour adopter de nouvelles technologies.
* Une disponibilité du lundi au vendredi sur une amplitude horaire de 8h30 à 19h.

- Préqualification téléphonique (15 minutes)** : une première discussion avec un membre de l'équipe recrutement pour valider les prérequis du poste.

- Test de français** : évaluation de vos compétences linguistiques.
