• Coin Tracker delivers a polished, intuitive, and reliable UX for crypto taxes across web and mobile.
• Coin Tracker user experience continually sets the best-in-class user experience standard for managing crypto taxes.
• You contribute to improvements across key product surfaces, ship iterative enhancements quickly, and enable impactful product pitches externally.

• As a Senior Product Designer, you will execute high-quality design work end-to-end with strong ownership of your product areas and rapid iteration.
• Design end-to-end flows across mobile and web for B2C and B2B2C surfaces.
• Iterate quickly—exploring multiple UX directions rapidly, creating prototypes, and shipping polished solutions.
• Produce interaction patterns, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mocks, and prototypes that clearly communicate your thinking.
• Partner closely with PMs, engineers, and other designers to translate product requirements into simple, intuitive experiences.
• Contribute to our design system and brand updates; ensure consistency across surfaces.
• Use research findings and usability insights to refine designs; embrace a tight feedback loop.
• Bring design explorations into internal reviews through quick demos and prototypes.
• Stay current with crypto, fintech, and mobile UX trends.

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Master's degree and previous experience at a top tier crypto company is a plus.
• Fast, iterative design style:
  Comfortable generating multiple options quickly and refining based on feedback.
• Strong mobile UX skills:
  Comfortable designing native-feeling flows, patterns, and interactions.
• Strength in interaction design, information architecture, and system-level thinking.
• Ability to deliver polished visuals and thoughtful interactions using Figma and prototyping tools.
• Experience working in B2C or B2B2C products (fintech, consumer apps, crypto/financial products are a plus).
• Ability to balance detail-oriented execution with rapid experimentation.
• Strong collaborator:
  Comfortable working closely with engineering, product, business, and marketing partners.
• Self-directed, motivated, and comfortable operating with some ambiguity in a startup environment.

The starting salary for this position is between $140,000 - $175,000 USD. Candidate's location does not impact the posted salary range. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of job-related factors including relevant skills, education, and experience. This position also includes equity in Coin Tracker and benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and PTO.
