Pursuit is hiring a Data & Systems Manager to shape data infrastructure for an AI‑native organization. You’ll own the semantic layer, data dictionary, and internal tools, partnering with the Head of AI Strategy to turn messy data into scalable systems that support growth.
You’ll collaborate with program, fundraising, and operations teams to design data structures, improve data quality, and enable self‑service insights using SQL, Salesforce, and AI tooling.
