• Customer service experience (minimum 2-3 years)

• Acting as the first point of contact for company clients
• Resolving complaints and improving processes to prevent issues
• Building and maintaining good relationships with assigned carriers based on trust and respect
• Collaborating with internal departments to fulfill carrier needs
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of assigned accounts
• Answering incoming calls from carriers, brokers, and potential clients
• Communicating with carriers via email, text, or phone
