Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will oversee and optimize end-to-end operations, including retail store management, sales generation, customer experience, logistics coordination, resource allocation, process engineering, and innovation initiatives. • Oversee and manage revenue per square foot and throughput to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
• Implement processes to drive sales performance and maintain alignment with business targets.

• Work closely with the store manager and associates to get more customers into the store, spending the majority of working hours at the store location helping the team execute.

  Ensuring an ideal environment for customers in the store and online: optimizing advertising, tracking customer info and engagement, adjusting the store layout as needed.
• Logistics Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with the Head of Operations to develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery and scalable operations.
• Supply Chain Process Design: Create and optimize supply chain processes that balance efficiency and sustainability.
