Leads project teams, ensuring effective project delivery, and developing strategies to align the Group's objectives with its long-term vision. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, executives, and stakeholders to drive innovation, optimize processes, and achieve business goals.

• Oversee and manage the creation and implementation of the group’s strategy in alignment with the latest CEO's top-down strategy and organizational objectives.
• Lead and direct the planning, integration, and monitoring of the BSC scorecard, ensuring continuous alignment of shared KPIs and OKRs with other groups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and present key strategic issues to CISO, other group heads, and senior leadership for further guidance and resolution.
• Ensure the organizational structure, KPIs, and processes support the Globe Group level to resolve high-risk issues and help deliver security transformation initiatives.
• Support group leadership and alignment of information security strategy, programs, and operations with the Board, Senior Leadership, and other governance bodies.
• Co-develop and oversee the implementation of key programs and initiatives, ensuring the delivery team is supported with proper resources, project management processes, and tools.
• Control and ensure that all programs and projects are measured, tracked, reported, and aligned with the latest group strategy and threat landscape.
• Oversee processes, services, and co-lead in designing, developing, and implementing process improvement plans, including optimization of people, processes, and ways of working (e.g., Privacy and Security Risk Assessment, Tech Debt).
• Manage vendor relationships to support operational and strategic objectives through benefits and business reviews.
• Manage the group’s budget, identify opportunities for Cap Ex and OpEx efficiencies, and prioritize programs/projects accordingly.
• Pivot resources and budgets swiftly to address critical privacy and security issues.
• Ensure closure of audit-related findings impacting the group’s strategy and initiatives.

• Analyze and present strategic issues to leadership for resolution.
• Support organizational structure and processes to resolve high-risk issues and facilitate security transformation.

• Timely delivery of security projects, measured by completion within time frames.
• Oversee key programs and initiatives with proper resources and project management.
• Prioritize and pivot resources to address critical security and privacy issues.
