As a Senior Project Manager
, you will lead high-value, technically complex projects within the energy sector. You will drive critical initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer outcomes. Your leadership will influence both strategic decision‑making and the continuous improvement of our project management practices. This position reports to the VP, Customer Experience (CX).

• Direct end-to-end project management for large-scale initiatives within the transmission and utility sectors.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet customer expectations and industry standards.

• Oversee project P&L to ensure financial accountability and successful operational outcomes.

• Serve as the primary liaison between customer project leads and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparent, proactive communication.

• Facilitate high-level discussions to map customer requirements against industry best practices and Grid Unity’s innovative product solutions.

• Act as a subject matter expert by analyzing customer challenges and aligning scalable, efficient solutions.

• Integrate agile methodologies and proven project management standards to drive continuous process improvement and innovation.

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely, within-budget delivery.

• Utilize a data-driven approach to investigate issues, determine root causes, and recommend sustainable solutions.

• Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment that values both individual contributions and collective success.

• Champion initiatives to refine and optimize project management processes across the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field;
  Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience, with a strong background in the utility or energy sector.

• Proven success managing major, complex projects with measurable results.

• Expertise in agile methodologies and a solid understanding of industry best practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Experience working with large transmission companies, RTOs, ISOs, and utilities.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams in remote environments.

• Passion for innovation and a desire to shape the future of the energy industry.
