Role: 開発担当(スキンケア、メイクアップ、サンケア、ホリスティックケア等）

ブランドの中期計画に基づき、既存の枠を超えた独自性の高い新価値開発や既存品の情報強化等を通じ、ブランドエクイティ向上とブランド愛用者拡大を実現する。

• 商品の企画立案：イノベーティブなアイデアを創出しつつ、調査などを通じて市場環境や課題を理解し、ビジネス視点も踏まえたロジカルな企画提案を行う
• 情報開発：新製品・既存品問わず、多様なニーズをもつグローバルな消費者に対し、競合優位性のある魅力的かつConsumer Facingな情報を開発する。グローバル薬事を理解し、基本言語となる英文の訴求・情報開発を行う
• タイムマネジメント・オペレーション：基本的な商品開発のプロセスを理解し計画通りに推進。不測の事態が起きた場合も、関連部門の協力を引き出しながら対処する。業務の生産性改善を提案する
• コラボレーション：事業部内、関連部門、リージョンと健全な協働関係を築き、複数の関連部門を動かし、目標を達成する

Role:
Development Specialist (Skincare, Makeup, Suncare, Holistic Care, etc.)

Based on the brand's mid-term plan, enhance brand equity and expand customer base through developing highly unique new values that transcend existing frameworks and strengthening information on existing products.

• Product Planning:
  Generate innovative ideas while understanding market environments and challenges through research, and propose logical plans with a business perspective.
• Information Development:
  Develop attractive and consumer-facing information with competitive advantages for global consumers with diverse needs, for both new and existing products. Understand global regulations and develop product claims and information in English as the basic language.
• Time Management & Operations:
  Understand the basic product development process and carry out the tasks according to plan. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, manage them by eliciting cooperation from related departments. Propose improvements in work productivity.
• Collaboration:
  
  Build healthy collaborative relationships within the business unit, with related departments, and regions, manage multiple related departments to achieve goals.
