Position Summary:The Executive Director (ED) is the chief executive officer of the organization and will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for staff, programs, and execution of the organization’s mission within a leadership capacity. The ED will provide leadership, direction, and vision, and is expected to work closely with the Board of Directors, senior management, and staff to advance the organization’s goals.
The ED has a deep understanding of Chicano, Mexicano, and Indigenous history, arts, and culture, particularly as it relates to Chicano Park – a National Landmark, on the local, national, and global level.
