The role of the Student Pastor is to introduce young people to Jesus, disciple them, and equip them to world changers for Jesus. The Student Pastor is not the one responsible for the spiritual growth of students. We, as a church, believe that the parents are. Because of this, the Student Pastor also equips parents/guardians to disciple their children. The Student Pastor is responsible for providing planning, promoting, and coordinating assistance and direction for all education and activities for grades six through twelve.
