DIPLOMAS OR A COPY OF DEGREE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE INSTEAD OF TRANSCRIPT - If selected for hire: official sealed transcripts from an institution accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the US Department of Education are required to be received a minimum of two business weeks before the first day of work.
- Transcripts outside of the United States must be accompanied by an evaluation completed by a NACES recognized agency and received by Human Resources at least two weeks prior to the first day of work.

Performs a variety of routine and seasonal tasks to maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of campus grounds. Responsibilities include mowing lawns, trimming and edging, weed control, pruning shrubs, raking and sweeping walkways, watering lawns and landscaped areas, and maintaining ornamental beds. Assists with snow and ice removal as needed to ensure safe pedestrian and vehicular access. Provides support to other departments within Plant Operations and Facilities Support during campus events, emergencies, or special projects as assigned.
Duties- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Six months of full-time or equivalent groundskeeping work experience.
- Valid unrestricted driver’s license.
- Two years of full-time or equivalent experience in an educational institution.
- One year of full-time or equivalent groundskeeping work experience.
- Herbicides or Pesticides Licenses.
- Proficiency in a foreign language such as Spanish, an East Slavic language, and/or American Sign Language.
