Key Responsibilities- Maintain document control for GMP documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with paper-based data integrity requirements.
- Issue and reconcile raw data form sheets in a controlled manner.
- Organize and manage GMP documentation, including filing, tracking, and retrieving completed records such as batch records, protocols, logbooks, and modules.
- Provide project support and identify opportunities for process efficiencies.
- Revise and route GMP documentation through the Document Management System (DMS).
- Create and maintain templates for quality processes to improve efficiency.
- Ensure all GMP documentation adheres to regulatory compliance standards.
- Knowledge of GMP principles and practices.
- Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Word.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Understanding of quality assurance and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline preferred; candidates with relevant industry experience in GMP documentation will be considered.
- 1+ years of experience in document control or quality documentation within a GMP‑regulated environment.
Contract position based out of Shawnee Mission, KS.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
