We’re seeking a talented and passionate
** Sous Chef
** to join our team on a
** full-time, permanent basis**, supporting our Head Chef in leading the kitchen operations across multiple outlets and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for every guest.
** Your day-to-day impact
*** Oversee daily kitchen operations, preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes.
* Maintain exceptional standards of food hygiene, health, and safety.
* Support the Head Chef with menu planning, ordering, stock control, and cost management.
* Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff to deliver excellence in service and teamwork.
* Collaborate with front-of-house and resort management to ensure a seamless dining experience.
* Monitor equipment, manage maintenance, and uphold kitchen cleanliness and compliance standards.
* Contribute to menu innovation and the delivery of exceptional guest satisfaction results.
** What you’ll bring to the team
*** Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) – essential.
* Proven experience in a similar Sous Chef or senior kitchen role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and inspire others.
* Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
* A hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a dynamic resort environment.
* Current National Police Clearance or ability to obtain with us.
