At our London venue, we are looking for a Head Sommelier who understands the magic of hospitality: someone who can share stories, elevate experiences, and lead a team with passion.
Your Mission- Maintain a wine list that sparks curiosity and complements our Mediterranean identity
- Lead, motivate, and train a team of sommeliers
- Welcome guests with knowledge, authenticity, and impeccable service
- Maintain an organised cellar, manage suppliers, and oversee costs
- Create memorable tastings, pairings, and guest engagement moments
- A wine professional with exceptional palate and strong leadership skills
- Confident, charming, and genuinely guest-focused
- A strategic thinker with commercial awareness
- Knowledgeable about global wines, especially French and Mediterranean producers
- WSET Diploma or similar background welcomed
