SQUASH. As our new Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping leads and customers understand the full potential of our products by becoming an expert in both systems. You’ll act as the bridge between our product and its real-world applications, combining your ability to present the product in demos with proactive outreach to generate new leads.
Based in our Munich office, you’ll be at the forefront of customer interaction, engaging with potential clients via demos, calls, emails, and meetings. You’ll also take the initiative to identify and reach out to potential leads in industries like hospitality, fitness, and education. This role blends product expertise with outbound sales efforts to ensure more businesses discover and understand the value of our systems.
Your mission will be to make Multi Ball and interactive
Squash indispensable to a variety of customers.
- Master our products: Develop in-depth knowledge of Multi Ball and interactive
SQUASH to confidently present demos and answer detailed customer questions. - Lead outreach and generation: Proactively identify and contact potential leads (e.g., hotels, fitness centers, schools) via calls, emails, and networking.
- Respond to inbound inquiries: Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat to inbound leads and customers.
- Product demos: Conduct remote and on-site demos to showcase the unique features and benefits of our systems.
- Build relationships: Maintain close communication with leads and customers to ensure they feel supported throughout the decision‑making process.
- CRM management: Keep customer data updated in our CRM system (Hub Spot), ensuring timely follow‑ups and accurate records.
- Quote creation: Generate detailed quotes tailored to customer needs using the CRM tool.
- Collaborate with resellers: Help our resellers understand and promote the product effectively.
- Technical knowledge: Advise on the infrastructure needed for installation and optimal operation.
- Targeted solutions: Understand various customer verticals and align their needs with specific product features.
- Passionate about learning and presenting technical products.
- Experience with customer outreach, lead generation, or similar outbound sales efforts.
- Comfortable with phone calls and building connections with diverse customer groups.
- Fluent in English and one of the following languages:
- French
- Swedish
- Dutch
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with customers worldwide.
- Proficient with CRM tools (Hub Spot experience is a plus).
