Role Summary

Leads the use of advanced analytics to drive revenue growth, enhance commercial effectiveness, and automate opportunity and task creation. Responsible for turning customer and sales data into actionable insights that influence CRM strategies, pricing, forecasting, and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse commercial, customer, and pricing data to uncover revenue opportunities and customer buying patterns.
  • Design and automate the creation of sales opportunities and tasks within CRM based on data triggers and analytics.
  • Build, maintain, and refine pricing models to respond to market and transactional dynamics.
  • Support and optimise CPQ processes to ensure profitability and drive higher win rates.
  • Develop and manage forecasting models for accurate sales and operations planning.
  • Work cross-functionally to embed data-driven decision-making into commercial strategies.
  • Present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience in analytics within B2B sales, distribution, or industrial sectors.
  • Demonstrable expertise with CRM, pricing, and forecasting platforms.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable commercial opportunities.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Beneficial Requirements
  • Experience with CPQ systems and dynamic pricing models.
  • Prior involvement in systems automation and advanced analytics deployment.
  • Exposure to projects that link analytics directly to sales process improvement.
Work Environment & Compensation

    Standard business hours; occasional extended hours as business needs dictate.
