Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organised Commercial & Sales Representative to support the adoption of Platform

E’s solutions across Europe, the US, and the Middle East. This role reports to the CEO and works closely with senior leadership for guidance, prioritisation, and strategic alignment.

You will combine a proactive, commercially curious mindset with solid execution to help build pipelines, manage parts of the sales cycle, strengthen client relationships, and support lead generation, external partners, and strategic collaborations.

Your Mission in the Role
  • Sell Platform

    E’s solutions to enterprise and high‑value clients, tailoring approaches to meet unique client needs;
  • Build and manage a targeted outbound pipeline using company tools and methodologies, including prospecting, lead generation, and nurturing;
  • Manage external sales agencies, ensuring daily alignment, tracking performance against KPIs, and providing guidance on outreach to maximise results;
  • Identify, develop, and manage partnerships, co‑selling opportunities, technology providers, e‑commerce agencies, and other collaborations that enhance commercial performance;
  • Lead prospecting, discovery calls, demos, and support CEO‑led negotiations;
  • Craft customised commercial presentations and proposals, highlighting integration capabilities, operational efficiency, and scalability;
  • Provide commercial intelligence to refine positioning and accelerate decision‑making.
Client Relationship & Proposal Management
  • Prepare and organise client proposal packs efficiently and accurately;
  • Ability to strategically position each proposal and deck to enterprise clients needs;
  • Support contracting and onboarding, ensuring smooth handover to delivery teams;
  • Maintain trust‑driven relationships with prospects, partners, and clients;
  • Lead internal presentations to align cross‑functional teams on commercial priorities;
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Hub Spot preferred) and disciplined data management;
  • Support development of dashboards, reporting frameworks, and commercial KPIs;
  • Analyse sales activity performance and provide actionable insights.
What You’ll Bring
  • Around 2‑3 years’ experience in B2B or commercial sales, ideally with exposure to enterprise or high‑value clients (SaaS, e‑commerce, retail tech preferred);
  • Strong outbound and prospecting skills; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders;
  • Experience collaborating with external sales agencies or outsourced teams;
  • Ability to support partnership development with tech providers and e‑commerce agencies;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying technical concepts;
  • Experience creating commercial materials using Canva or similar tools;
  • Familiarity with AI tools for research, content, or workflow support;
  • CRM experience (Hub Spot or Salesforce) and disciplined pipeline management;
  • Proactive, collaborative, and resilient mindset;
  • Fluent in English;
    French or Italian is a plus.
