DescriptionAbout the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. As an SDR at Yellow Bird, you’ll be at the nucleus of all sales activity — identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects to build pipeline and book meetings for our Account Executives.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on making connections, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to launch or accelerate their career in sales. By mastering outreach and consistently executing at a high level, SDRs at Yellow Bird set themselves up for fast-track advancement and meaningful impact (12-18 months)
What You’ll Do
- Make ~150 outbound calls daily using Just Call and Hub Spot
- Nurture email campaigns and follow-ups
- Leave voicemails and enroll contacts into automated email sequences
- Follow up with connected prospects with meeting invites or additional information
- Manage email communication, nurture campaigns, and re-engage old leads
- Document all calls, voicemails, and meetings in Hub Spot CRM daily
- Submit End-of-Day activity numbers (calls made, meetings booked) in sales chat
- Book qualified meetings aligned with Yellow Bird’s target industries and roles
- Participate in weekly 1:1 coaching sessions with your Team Lead
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to stay organized and manage high-volume outreach
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with resilience to rejection
- Confident, professional, and consultative phone presence
- Self-starter attitude with strong time management skills
- Previous SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience a plus — but not required
Tools You’ll Use
- Hub Spot – CRM and automated email sequences
- Linked In – Outreach and prospecting
Compensation
Compensation package will consist of:
- Base Salary: $50,000 annually, paid in accordance with the Company’s regular payroll practices and subject to all required with holdings and deductions.
- Commission Opportunity:
Up to $23,400 annually, tied directly to individual performance and attainment of sales targets. - On-Target Earnings (OTE): $73,400 annually (base + commission).
