Your next ride starts here:For our Acquisition and Retention team, we are looking for a Commercial Growth B2B Intern to help grow our B2B customer base and keep existing B2B customers engaged. Swapfiets B2B works with organisations of all sizes to offer employees a sustainable and hassle free mobility solution. In this role, you will combine sales, marketing, and commercial operational activities, be in direct contact with business customers, and actively contribute to the growth of our B2B portfolio from day one.
You will work closely with the Partnership Manager on day to day commercial tasks and activities, while also being responsible for managing specific parts of the B2B sales & marketing funnel yourself. From reaching out to new prospects to supporting onboarding and follow-ups, you will build relationships with customers and help companies move through the funnel.
You will be part of the Acquisition and Retention team, made up of marketers from different specialties such as channel, email, CRM, and pricing. The team also collaborates closely with the brand and creative team, giving you hands‑on exposure to a wide range of marketing and growth disciplines.

How you pedal us forward- Actively contribute to improving our digital B2B channels, such as email, Linked In, social media, and CRM;
- Support lead generation and follow up across inbound and outbound channels;
- Support and prepare meetings with new and existing B2B customers;
- Help onboard new B2B customers and support engagement of existing customers;
- Share insights from customer interactions to help improve our commercial and marketing approach;
- Support day to day operational tasks and switching priorities when needed in a fast paced environment.

- Internship compensation of 500 euros per month (based on 40 hours);

- You have a strong commercial affinity, are outgoing, proactive, and eager to take initiative - your study background is less important than your mindset and energy;
- You have HBO level working and thinking ability;
- You are interested in acquisition, retention and marketing campaigns;
- Fluency in English, Dutch is a plus;
- Affinity with CRM systems, for example Hub Spot, is a plus;
- Available for five days per week;
- Preferred start date February 2025 for a minimum of five months, March is also possible.
