Automotive Service Advisor Commission

Location: Mission, KS
Schedule: Monday-Friday | No Weekends
Base Salary: $70,000 annually
Commission: 1% of Gross Profit (GP), paid monthly

You'll join an independent automotive repair shop where customer service, teamwork, and strong communication are essential.

• Greet customers and provide excellent service.
• Write repair estimates and present recommended services.
• Communicate with customers and technicians about repairs.
• Manage repair orders and workflow using Tekmetric.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Order parts and coordinate repairs.
• Shuttle customer vehicles as needed.

• 5+ years of Service Advisor experience at an independent automotive repair shop required.
• Proficiency in Tekmetric required.
• Strong automotive service sales experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong phone skills and ability to explain repair recommendations.
• Organized, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple repair orders and daily priorities.

• $70,000 annual base salary
• 1% of gross profit (GP) commission, paid monthly
• Earning potential up to $90,000 annually (not guaranteed)
