Position: M4 Mechanic (Part Time)

Pay Scale: $26.50 - $29.44

Shift Pattern:
Varies – AM, PM, Overnight (including weekends and holidays)

Schedule:

Part-time

• Work with all trade mechanics as required to help with repairs and maintenance.
• Apply mechanical skills; learn tools and become familiar with parts and materials.
• Work in hot, cold, and wet conditions; able to stoop, kneel, and handle tools, equipment, or materials weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Use ladders and climbing equipment up to 30 feet high to maintain equipment.
• Grasp, lift, and hold tools with good finger dexterity.
• Change filters on all air fans and fan coil units, including handling hand tools and maintaining equipment.
• Clean and paint all mechanical spaces and ceilings diffusers, return air registers, and toilet exhausts.
• Identify colors for painting color coded steam pipes and electrical wires; perform duties in confined spaces and awkward positions.
• Occasionally climb ladders or use a lift, including work at heights above 30 feet.

• Flexible scheduling availability for shifts AM, PM, and Overnight.
• Electrical and plumbing skills.
• Hotel knowledge is ideal.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn tools and materials.
• Ability to work in varied environmental conditions; physical ability to perform duties described above.
