As a Full Stack Developer on our team, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining custom web portals that enhance the experience of students, faculty, and staff. You’ll also support a wide array of integrated systems that power our academic and administrative operations.

The Full Stack Developer will work closely with IT staff, academic departments, and administrative teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities Portal Development & Maintenance- Design, develop, and maintain custom web portals for students, faculty, and staff.
- Ensure responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces across devices.
- Implement secure authentication and role-based access controls.
- Develop and maintain integrations between the college’s SIS, LMS, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs to facilitate data exchange across platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and data flow.
- Participate in requirements gathering, system design, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure applications meet institutional needs.
- Document system architecture, workflows, and codebase for maintainability.
- Implement secure coding practices and ensure applications comply with FERPA and other relevant regulations.
- Monitor and address vulnerabilities and performance issues.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend enhancements.
- Assist in automating routine processes and improving operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in full stack development.
- Strong back‑end development skills (C#, .NET, Node.js, or similar).
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, or Postgre
SQL). - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and system integration techniques.
- Understanding of secure coding practices and data privacy standards.
- Experience in higher education or similar institutional environments.
- Knowledge of ERP, SIS, or LMS platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and Dev Ops practices.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
