That's where you come in:

As part of our engineering team, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, prototyping, building, testing, and monitoring new features for our platform. If you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, want ownership of your work, and love building the foundation of a product that genuinely helps people, get in touch!

• Have experience owning end-to-end product development in B2B SaaS.
• Know how to navigate and simplify complex domains (finance, insurance, etc.).
• Enjoy balancing quick experimentation with long-term software quality.
• Communicate clearly in both German (C1 required) and English, especially on technical topics.
• Like working with others: pairing, discussing architecture, improving together.
• Have worked in remote-first environments and know how to stay connected.
• Value solid fundamentals over hype tech.

• Build features end-to-end, from idea to production and iteration.
• Work in a complex domain where clean design, thoughtful abstraction, and domain understanding are essential.
• Contribute to both rapid prototypes and battle-tested, maintainable systems.
• Shape and improve our platform - influence how we do things from local development to monitoring in production.
• Collaborate closely with other engineers via pairing, code review, and regular exchange.
• Influence technical and product direction, your input matters.

• Type Script all the way. Our Backend is a monolithic NestJS server, our Frontend is built with React.
• We use Postgre
  
  SQL as our primary data store.
• All our infrastructure is hosted on AWS.
