You’ll provide overall project leadership while remaining closely connected to daily field operations.

- Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost reporting, contracts, procurement, buyout, and change management
- Lead onsite OAC, subcontractor, and internal project meetings
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, design teams, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Oversee long-lead equipment, complex MEP coordination, and critical project milestones

- Ensure the project meets financial, schedule, safety, quality, and client expectations
- 8–10+ years of construction project management experience with a general contractor
- Proven experience leading large or technically complex construction projects
- Strong experience working onsite alongside field teams and trade partners
- Experience with data centers, mission-critical facilities, advanced manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, or similarly complex projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of project financials, scheduling, procurement, contracts, buyout, and change management
