• Take written content, storyboards, videos, and scripts and transform them into engaging interactive online multimedia courses using cutting‑edge e‑learning authoring software tools
• Design motion‑graphics elements, animations, and transitions using Adobe After Effects
• Track multiple projects, with detailed timelines, and maintain version control for all deliverables
• Evaluate and test all course elements to maintain high quality standards
• Stay current with e‑learning trends, multimedia production best practices, and emerging technology for online content creation

• 3+ years of experience designing and producing e‑learning/multimedia courses
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Firsthand experience with one or more e‑learning authoring tools such as Articulate
• Solid understanding of instructional design models with adult learning principles, storyboarding, course flow, and visual design
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project‑management skills
• An instructional design portfolio that is well‑designed, visually appealing, and easy to follow
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use multimedia elements to enhance the learning experience

The salary range for this role will be $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 USD. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 8%. Bonus pay at Ninja Trader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%).
