We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide in-home pediatric therapy services across the Upper and Lower Rio Grande Valley. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and is ideal for someone looking to build a caseload that could grow into a full-time position over time.

• Deliver skilled occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Implement individualized treatment plans addressing each child’s developmental and functional needs.
• Provide family education and caregiver training to support therapy goals between visits.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services and patient progress.
• Communicate effectively with supervising OTs, case managers, and families.

Compensation structure (per visit): 4 units = $50; 3 units = $40; 2 units = $30 (only applicable if candidate has pediatric experience).

Full-Time Eligibility:
Therapists averaging 25+ visits per week are eligible to transition into a full-time role with additional benefits.

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Texas.
• Pediatric experience is preferred; strong interest in working with children required.
• Reliable transportation to visit clients throughout the Upper and Lower Rio Grande Valley.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
