Digis islooking for aSenior Data Scientist tojoin anearly-stage US-based femtech startup focused on hormonal health and personalized insights.

Arapidly growing healthtech product with amission toimprove hormonal health through predictive analytics and user personalization. The app islive, post-MVP, and scaling its data pipeline and infrastructure tosupport real-time predictions and meaningful health scoring.

• Country &Time Zone: USA (EST), with flexibility but some overlap required (upto
  20:00 Kyiv time)
• Stage: Active product with users, scaling data systems, and ML-backed features
• Engagement: Long-term, 20hours/week
• Methodology: Agile, lean, async-first with weekly calls and high autonomy

Asthe first data hire, you’ll own the data function end-to-end— from architecture and pipelines to insights and model development. You’ll work closely with the co-founder and product lead toshape the platform’s personalization engine and build scalable data tools.

• Build hormone cycle prediction models
• Design and iterate onhealth scoring systems
• Create population-level insight dashboards for brand partnerships
• Build ascalable data infrastructure tosupport growth
• Develop personalization algorithms and recommendation logic

• Python— 5+years of experience
• SQL— 4+years of experience
• Google Big Query— 2+years of experience
• English level: B2+(comfortable passing atech interview)
