You'll help develop social media content, identify emerging trends, contribute new ideas, and support the execution of our social strategy across multiple platforms. From content planning and content creation to performance analysis and trend spotting, you'll gain hands‑on experience helping a brand connect with audiences in meaningful ways.

Your work will directly contribute to brand awareness, audience engagement, recruiting initiatives, and thought leadership efforts while helping bring the Health Equity mission to life through compelling content and storytelling.

Success in this role is defined by strong content ideation, consistent execution, creative thinking, and the ability to identify and develop content that resonates with our audiences.

In this role, you will:

  • Research social media trends, platform updates, audience behaviors, and emerging content opportunities.
  • Contribute content ideas and participate in creative brainstorming sessions for social campaigns and always‑on content.
  • Draft social media copy for Health Equity's social channels.
  • Create and edit social content, including graphics, short‑form videos, carousels, and platform‑specific assets.
  • Support content planning, editorial calendars, and campaign execution.
  • Conduct competitive and industry research to identify best practices and new content opportunities.
  • Bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas that contribute to Health Equity's content strategy and channel growth.
