In-Home Healthcare LVN - Night Shift; Acuity

• Providing direct patient care in home settings for adult patients with complex needs such as feeding tubes, trachs, vents, and medication administration (training available).
• Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes.
• Collaborating with a team to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation.
• Prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.

• Strong clinical skills, compassion, and empathy.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends.
