A Denny’s Cook has a “Guests First” attitude, preparing guest selections, following set recipes, & brand standards, presenting it on a great looking plate, all while maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.

Cooks also:

Honor guest requests for special orders.

Correctly call the wheel.

Clean, complete side work, and organize supplies as required.

Monitor waste and other food cost controls.

Willingly assist other team members without being asked.

Provide total guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Must be available to work holidays and weekends

Must be 18 or older

Must have reliable transportation

6 months restaurant or hospitality industry experience preferred

Essential Functions:

Must be able to lift & carry up to 50lbs, periodically

Must be able to bend, stoop, sit, stand, & walk

Must be able to work with all Denny’s menu items

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: $9.44 - Maximum: $15.68
