Your Role

As a Retail Store Manager, you’ll own the sales and operations of your store, drive business performance, and lead a team. You’ll coach your team, ensure a seamless customer experience, manage inventory, and roll out new products and services.

Your Responsibilities Include
  • Inspire your team to consistently exceed sales goals and deliver top-notch customer service.
  • Create an environment where every employee can thrive and grow.
  • Launch new products and services with your District Manager and other key partners.
  • Train and develop your team to sell with confidence and knowledge.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment for every customer.
  • Coach and motivate on the sales floor.
  • Handle administrative duties such as compliance and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment).
  • Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams.
  • Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards.
  • Ability to motivate others and create a winning team atmosphere.
  • Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Your Schedule
  • Balanced 8-hour shifts, weekdays, and most Saturdays.
