The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also provide support for tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, subject to business needs.
• Communicating proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work status and issues.
• Completing planograms, resets, and store measurements accurately and timely.
• Performing store inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Completing the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Executing store price changes and signage hanging accurately and promptly.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and performing detailed recovery.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value & Appreciate.
• Ensuring a memorable shopping experience that sets us apart.
• Providing peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential regardless of education level.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Mostly indoor work with moderate noise. Hard surfaces like concrete or asphalt. Adequate lighting and temperature.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Promote safety and adhere to safety guidelines.

• Ability to move and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Push/pull merchandise with equipment assistance.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Move throughout the store for entire shifts.
• Effective communication skills.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all required training.
