- Assist leaders with store operations and duties.

- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
- Clear communication skills, positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
- Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
- Background in retail sales helpful but not required.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong social media presence preferred.
- Reliable transportation and residency within 30 minutes of the home store location.
- Ability to operate a personal computer.
- Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
- Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking.
- Required to stand for long periods in order to provide the best customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Follow instructions to completion.
