Part-Time Bookkeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support our accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong organizational skills, and is comfortable handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Invoice processing for vendors and customers
• Support with Shipping documents
• Maintain general ledger and financial records
• Assist with Employee Expense Form
• Support month-end and year-end accounting tasks
• Assist with year end inventory tracking and adjustments in coordination with production staff
• Work closely with the accountant and admin team to ensure accurate and timely reporting

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required
• Proficiency with accounting software (i.e Quick Books or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills

• Accounting or bookkeeping certification
• Experience with small business accounting
• Bookkeeping: 3 years required
