We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our clients Corporate Accounting team. This role is primarily responsible for maintaining the General Ledger, preparing and analyzing the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of month-end closing procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Prepare and review Balance Sheet and P& L statements for internal and external reporting.

Execute month-end closing procedures, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.

Assist with financial analysis and variance explanations to support management decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Support audits and provide documentation as required.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
