Key Responsibilities:

• Review invoices for accuracy and compliance with policies

• Match invoices against purchase orders and receiving documents

• Process vendor payments through various methods

• Handle billing discrepancies and vendor inquiries

• Assist in monthly cash forecasting and month-end processes

Requirements:

• 2-4 years in accounts payable or accounting

• Education in accounting or finance preferred

• Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills

• Experience with ERP systems and Excel
