You’ll handle a variety of tasks, including managing accounts receivable, processing payroll, and maintaining accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor accounts receivable and manage cash flow

• Prepare payroll import files and post journal entries

• Maintain balance sheet and P&L schedules

• Support monthly reconciliations and financial reporting

• Assist with external accountant and audit requests

Requirements:

• 5–10 years in accounting and payroll administration

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Progress towards CPA designation is an asset

• Strong proficiency in ERP systems and Excel

• Ability to manage confidential financial information
