As a General Accountant, you will report to the Director of Finance. With over three years of accounting experience, you will manage invoicing, prepare financial documents, and maintain detailed project reporting in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This position demands strong critical thinking, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage contract billing and support invoicing activities

• Prepare client invoices and credit notes accurately

• Maintain and update billing and project reports daily

• Lead collections and collaborate for accurate payment applications

• Assist with month-end activities and audit coordination

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance

• 3+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience

• Strong Excel and data management skills

• Excellent critical thinking and organization

• Clear communication with a customer-service focus
