Join our team as a Full-Time Accounts Payable Clerk located at 5800 Avebury Road, Mississauga. You'll handle data entry, vendor invoices, and cheque runs in a permanent on-site position.
This role requires a college diploma and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience. The Accounts Payable Clerk will perform data entry related to accounts payable, prepare vendor invoices, and manage monthly cheque runs. Duties also include reviewing invoices, addressing vendor inquiries, and supporting month-end processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry for accounts payable tasks
• Prepare and execute vendor invoice payments
• Review and reconcile vendor statements
• Address discrepancies in invoices timely
• Provide back-up coverage for invoicing duties
Requirements:
• College diploma is mandatory
• 7 months to less than 1 year experience
• Must work on-site at our Mississauga location
• Must be a Canadian citizen or have a valid work permit
• Participation in month-end and year-end closing is required
