BPA is looking for a detail-focused Accounts Payable Clerk for our Client Accounting team. You will handle the processing of invoices through Sage, generate vendor payments, and engage in monthly reconciliation of accounts. Collaborating with various internal stakeholders will be vital to maintaining excellent service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and post expenses in the accounting system

• Generate cheques for various vendors as needed

• Address outstanding payment discrepancies effectively

• Reconcile accounts payable with the general ledger each month

• Create cash flow and bank reconciliation reports

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field

• 2-5 years of experience in accounts payable

• Proficient in Sage and Quick Books

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills

• Excellent organizational abilities and communication skills
