Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify various expenses in Sage

• Generate and distribute cheques to vendors

• Review accounts payable against the general ledger

• Prepare necessary bank reconciliations and reports

• Clarify outstanding payment discrepancies with vendors

Requirements:

• Completion of post-secondary education in Business or Finance

• Experience of 2-5 years in accounts payable/bookkeeping

• Familiarity with accounting software, particularly Sage

• Strong detail orientation and organizational skills

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
