The role requires a solid background in accounting with a core emphasis on managing cash and accounts receivable processes. You will be responsible for cash applications, month-end closing tasks, and daily reconciliations. Attention to detail and proficiency in Office 365 tools will support your success in maintaining records and preparing financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply cash payments to update customer accounts
• Perform daily reconciliation of lock box deposits
• Maintain credit card transactions and conduct end-of-day reconciliations
• Communicate with management on accounts receivable issues
• Prepare month-end journal entries and financial reports
Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma in Accounting or Business
• 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Office 365 applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
