This in-office role requires precision in managing expenses and processing payments for various funds in Sage. You will also interact with vendors to resolve discrepancies and assist in cash flow reporting and government remittances. Your contributions will enhance our Client Accounting Team’s efficiency and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify and process expenses promptly in Sage
• Generate vendor cheques and reconcile accounts
• Clarify payment discrepancies with vendors
• Prepare cash flow and bank reconciliation reports
• Communicate with clients' field auditors
Requirements:
• Completion of post-secondary education in Finance or Accounting
• 2-5 years of accounts payable experience
• Proficient with Sage and Quick Books
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
