Myant is in search of a proactive Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team, requiring 2-5 years of experience and a solid understanding of Canadian sales taxes. You will be responsible for the full accounts payable cycle, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support month-end activities. Your insights will help drive continuous improvement in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices with high accuracy

• Review and apply GST/HST coding on invoices

• Manage supplier setup and reconciliation

• Support month-end closing tasks

• Enhance efficiency in accounts payable processes

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance

• 2-5 years of accounts payable experience

• Strong knowledge of sales tax regulations

• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office

• Strong communication and organizational skills
