The Opportunity
Our client, a leading distributor in North America, is seeking an IT Auditor to join their dynamic team. As an IT Auditor within this organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the IT systems. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in IT audit while contributing to the organization's risk management and compliance efforts.

Responsibilities
You’ll help pinpoint and assess IT risk areas within the organization. Additionally, you’ll play a part in updating both the IT audit universe and annual audit plan.
You will create memos outlining project plans for specific audits, including defining objectives, scope, and the testing strategy for assurance.
Contribute to shaping the IT audit methodology to ensure compliance with the IIA Professional Practices Framework.
Conduct research and develop strategies to ensure IT assurance for topics outlined in the audit universe.
Identify and define issues, examine evidence, and meticulously document the procedures and processes audited, including preparing supporting documents for the results obtained.
Using your independent judgment, you’ll identify, develop, and document audit issues, making recommendations based on your findings.
What We Need From You
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting or Finance.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Auditor.
CISA, CIA or CPA designated (or enrolled in the program).
Strong knowledge of ITGC.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
