Pen Equity Inc. is a Toronto‑headquartered real estate firm operating at the intersection of development and long‑term ownership. Our leadership owns and develops retail real estate across Ontario and applies the same ownership standard to every third‑party mandate we take on. We do not run assets to a service agreement. We run them the way we run our own.
This orientation runs through everything — how we underwrite a site, how we design a building, how we choose our tenants, and how we operate the asset decades after the ribbon is cut.
